It was a fridged morning today at The Sword. 9 PAX told the weather to suck it showed up anyway! 2 for a short standard which consisted of a little bit of fear and tresspassing.

The Thang

We followed a pattern of a 1min plank, core exercise, run a lap. The lap got longer by one island each round, and a core exercise was added each round. 
 

1st round: 1min plank, 25 low flutters IC, run around 1 island

2nd: 1 min plank, 25 low flutters, Cherry bomb: 25 low dollies IC, run 2 islands

3rd: ……Goodlife added LBCs

4th: …………..Rocket added WWII situps IC

5th:………………….Cheddar added oblique crunches

Grab blocks, 5 sets of 10 curls IC. 1 Set of OHP
