As Real as it Gets

5 Pax showed up for an extra special Stretch Armstrong.   Instead of the normal Yoga / Stretch static positions, this morning's stretches were all dynamic in cadence just like one of those boot camp workouts. I even had a winkie on a clipboard (large font is required for this Q to read anything in the morning).   For any Haters out there, this proves Stretch Armstrong is a real workout.
