Circuit 1:

-Overhead press x20 (40)

-Bent-over row x20 (40)

-Curl x20 (40)

-Calf raises x20 (40)

-Skull crusher x20 (40)

Recover

Partner 1 does a Farmer’s Carry w/ blocks down and leave them and mosey back. Partner 2 does WW II’s until partner 1 returns and then runs to retrieve blocks. Switch off until both had a turn.

Circuit 2-On your 6:

-Chest press x20 (40)

-Low flutter with block extension x20 (40)

-Freddy Mercury x20 (40)

-Glute bridge rock the block plank/hold x5 holds and x15 thrusters (30)

-Reverse crunch with leg extension x20 (40)

Recover

Moleskin:

The playlist was on fleek this morning. Soprano requested Milli Vanilli and YHC obliged. However, it was a Jedi mind trick as he was going to be at Hollywood all along [Insert mental depiction here of the Pax listening to Milli Vanilli at The Mighty Oak while Soprano is at Hollywood laughing]. We enjoyed, “Blame it on the rain”, “Baby don’t forget my number”, and “Girl you know it’s true”. Well played Soprano… At lease we had some Black Sabbath and Go West in the shuffle to fall back on.

YHC was in the presence of some HIM this morning. Estwing has EH’d so many Pax and has been a good accountability partner for YHC since we started. Roadie is a humble dude who has a big heart. He also is logical and wise. Perhaps he should’ve been a counselor? Dingo and his family have done so much for foster kids in our community. We thank him for that service.

It was an honor to post with my F3 brothers. They all got it done today. Thanks for lending YHC the keys to the AO today Estwing!
