We decided (perhaps just the Q really) to recap/repeat the warm-up for those just a few minutes late.
 
2nd Playground – Stations (3 rounds):
Trail Run, Dips, Skull Crushers, Curls, Calf Raises, Burp-ups (burpee followed by pull-up on the monkey bar on your leap), Step-Ups, Inclined Pushups
The timer is the trail run, then switch to the next station.
 
Everyone seemed to not enjoy the "Burp-ups".  I've been doing my homework to find that one: https://f3nation.com/exercises/

Reflection:
Philippians 3:13 …forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead.
When a mistake is made, sometimes there is a tendency to dwell on it and wonder what could/should have been.  Perhaps it is more meaningful to focus on what you can do today, tomorrow, and beyond.  You could coach others to prevent them from making mistakes.  You can draw from lessons learned to preclude yourself from making similar mistakes in the future.  You can focus time and energy on improving future conditions versus thinking/dwelling on past events. I shared an recent example of sharing this w/ my nephew.
