Run to the back of the AO and head toward the rock pile:

Low Curl: 10 IC

High Curl: 10 IC

Full Curl: 10 IC

Bendover Row: 20 IC

Chest Press: 25 IC

Shull Crusher: 15 IC

Gently put rocks away and mosey to the paring lot.  This is where things got interesting, as the Q had plastic plates awaiting, and had a little fun on tap. However the play was to use the ball field due to short grass but they were locked, so we had to settle for long bumpy fescue. As we got into our groups, this is how it went.

Group 1: Seal Drag to Group 2

Group 2: Doing Merkins until Group one arrives

Group 3: Does Squats until group 2 arrives from Seal Drag

Since the Q went on the cheap and bought Wal-Mart plates, they broke, and we had to modify.

With the plan shot, we went on a mosey to the gaurd rail near the street, where the Q was questioned about the safety of the PAX.

Inclined Merkins: 15 IC

Shoulder Touch Inclined Merkins: 20 IC

With time on the clock, we went to old reliable…The rock pile.

Rock Squat: 15 IC

Mosey to the Parking lot.

I was going to ask Shaken to pick the next exercise…but wait he was not there, so we did 10 Burpies OYO

We had 2 FNGs, and its great to see a couple young guys make it out on their own. Lets get them to Q school!
