5:00am Stray and I ran a 2.? mile standard
At 5:30am, the PAX ran to the pizza joint near Mt Holly Huntersville Rd where we had our first pain station of upper body exercises.
We then ran to the corner of main street where we had our 2nd round of upper body exercises
Running Main Street, we stopped 3 more times for pain stations until we reached the new Veteran's Park
This is where I gave each PAX a chance to call out and lead an exercise.
We finished back at the parking deck at 6:15am where the COT commenced
