19 warriors emerged from the gloom, a few after bravely doing the Standard prior to the workout for the August edition of THE Horseshoe. Here is their story.

Mosey to the base of the dreaded hill, pick up 6 rocks en route
Exercises for the 10 segments and 5 total loops of THE Horseshoe, 20 reps each

2) Still no Mortimer return to THE Horseshoe – starting to take this personally
3) Strong perfromance by Egyptian today as expected, Swing State made this more of a training day than a race. Cracker Jack also has the exuberence of youth and hammered down today
4) Great to see teammates Thug & Aussie in the ranks, as well as consistent BRR training partners Stromboli, Moby Dick, Full Moon, Riverboat, Grenade and Lone Star running the 'Shoe today
5) Riverboat has an extra gear whenever he wants it. Impressive
6) Duvall has the Q next week – not to be missed. Perhaps we will do Pretzel crunches the wrong way again???
