2) Cousin Eddie lapped nearly everyone today while still doing the additional rock curls. He is on a different level. Did we mention how young he is?
3) Tiny was 220#'s when he started F3, was mainly lifting at that time. He is a beast
4) Caeser and Callahan were lamenting the short in person schedule for students at UNC, although Cally's daughter will still have in person instruction in the nursing program

7) Sudz commented that weight gain impacts some workouts more than others. THE Horseshoe identifies from month to month which direction your fitness and endurance is moving for sure
8) Hollywood has joined us for coffee at least twice now, someone suggested it may have been somewhat of a letdown. Regardless, we like having him, c'mon back
9) There is a lot of Jeep envy with Hacker. Amazing how quiet that machine is.
