ABSOLUTELY GREAT to have BLACKBEARD back in our ranks today! He underwent a lumbar spine surgery just a few short weeks ago and is out rehabbing under the watchful eyes of Ryan Vermillion – trainer extraordinaire. Many of you may not know how much Blackbeard has done behind the scenes launching, updating and improving our web site and communications since very near the beginning of F3 Isotope. Mall Walkers has been one of his innovations to meet the needs of pax who for a variety of reasons can’t do a standard bootcamp or repeated bootcamps in a week. Great to see you in the gloom once again BB! (“SaltBae”)
Speaking of RYAN VERMILLION – AIRSTREAM – he has embraced the F3 Isotope tradition of sharing his expertise freely in advising pax on rehab recommendations for injuries as well as proper techniques. I speak for all of us in expressing our appreciation for all you have contributed, but honestly love just having you out in the gloom with us.
SHAKEN, POSSUM, & RIVERBOAT for going above and beyond in their support of the Hope House in fundraising, coordinating facility improvements and organizing business support in the community. Well done gentlemen!
GNARLY GOAT and CALLAHAN have advanced the causes of Purple Heart Homes for several years now, be on the lookout to support them in their upcoming Take That Hill challenge. Gnarly Goat and Callahan lead in innumerable ways, this morning’s Givesendgo.com for Brian Blatchford is just the most recent example.
METALLICA deserves your support in his re-election bid as Cornelius Town Commissioner. He has a defined vision to promote growth in a financially responsible, measured approach that our infrastructure can support and that preserves the quality of our lives.
I could go on about these mean and many others in our ranks, but it was on my heart to recognize them today!

Appreciate the kind words Outlaw, getting close to my one year anniversary, have really enjoyed it. Great men, trying to do it the right way! Congrats to all of you who get up early to be part of something bigger than yourself.
It is GREAT to have ‘the Beard’ back out in the GLOOM alongside side Airstream. Both PAX are great motivators.

Thank you for leading the way. F3 is certainly what ALL Men need. Thank you to all PAX who have and continue to pave the way for F3 to flourish in the LKN / Huntersville / Cornelius region. I sure it wasn’t easy building F3 from the infancy stage, but a HUGE shout out to those PAX who did and now make it much easier to belong and thrive, especially during this time in our World.
