Baby Hills in the Rain

Mater and I enjoyed the fine weather for Baby Hill repeats with various exercises inbetween for rest.  It went kinda like this:
Warmup:
SSH x 20 IC
Windmill x 10 IC
Monkey Humpers x 10 IC
Thang:
Jog up Big Baby Hill (BBH) for 30 Squats OYO
Jog up Little Baby Hill (LBH) for 30 Merkins
Jog to Playground for 12 Pullups
Jog to BBH for 20 Walking Lunges
Jog to LBH for 15 Divebombers
Jog to Playground to 20 Dips
Jog to BBH to for 30 Squats
Jog to LBH for 30 Merkins
Jog to Playground for 10 Toes-to-Bar
Jog to BBH for 20 Walking Lunges
Jog to LBH for 15 Divebombers
Jog to Playground for 10 Pullups
Jog to Parking Lot for Mary:
20 WWI’s
10 Side LBC’s legs Left and 10 leg Right
10 Jane Fonda’s Left and Right
American Hammer to 6:15 finish
 
Reflection: 
I had written this down on a piece of paper in my pocket but was too wet to read after the workout so here it is now:
2 Chronicles 15:7
Be ye strong therefore, and let not your hands be weak: for your work shall be rewarded.
The message is pretty clear, work hard, keep after your goals relentlessly and you will be rewarded, discipline equals freedom.
Moleskin:  We stayed pretty busy but had some good chatter.  Mater got faster as the workout went and I got slower, trying to keep up with him was very motivating.  Mater is a very hard worker; thank you for pushing me.
