Baby Weight


 

Qs first time leading the PAX since the baby.  7 studs showed up to shed some baby weight.

Warmorama:

3/4 mile run

2 minutes – Single leg plank walkout

The Thang:

Format: 8 rounds. Exercise # for 60 seconds, sprint 80 yards out, jog 40 yards back, bear crawl 40 yards back. 

1)  low box plank stepper – plank position walking hands onto a curb and back

2) burpee

3)bear crawl explosive pushups

4)modified box thrusters – squat with lat raises

5) reverse lunge w/ twist

6) Mericans

7) squat jumps

8) curb dips

Mary: 

Surf – pass the baby (hold boat and pass 60lb weight to your neighbor)

Slow – low flutter

Twister – box cutter

Germanator – freddie

Double – WWII

Ozzie – high flutter

Mojito – Rosalita

Moleskin:

  • Comment was made about a nice cool morning.  Taken back after about 3 minutes of exercise.
  • Double's fitness level is on point.  Showed some wheels today.
  • Good to see Germanator and Twister back at it. 
  • Some feedback from the PAX that some abb work would have been a nice break midway through the sets.
  • Pass the baby may not have been a crowd favorite.
  • Q got called a dick about 10 minutes into the workout.  Might have had that coming from Wednesday.
  • Prayers for Surf's friends who have struggled with pregnancy.  Prayers for Twister's mom and her community in Kansas in the aftermath of the storm.  Prayers for Mojito as he prepares to send his daughter off to the greatest school of all time (Appalachian State!).
