Cool temps were nice, but the humidity had shirts being wrung out in the parking lot.

Warmup – Quick mosey around the parking lot.

  • SSH x 15 IC
  • IST x 15 IC
  • Windmill x 15 IC
  • Dwight Schrute x 15 IC
  • Merkin Time Bomb 10-1

The Workout – Grab a cinder block, head to grass field and circle up.

  • 3 sets of OH Press, 12x, 10x, 8x IC – Bear crawl around circle
  • 3 sets of Curls, 12x, 10x, 8x IC – Bear crawl around circle
  • 3 sets of Lawnmowers, 12x R/L, 10x R/L, 8x R/L IC – Bear crawl around circle
  • 3 set of Squats, 12x, 10x, 8x IC – Bear crawl around circle
  • 3 sets of Skull Crushers, 12x, 10, 8x IC – Bear crawl around circle
  • Mosey to Pull Up bars – 10 burpees with pull up
  • A littler Air Born Mind Bender into Flutter Kicks x 15 IC
  • Mosey back to blocks for Jack Webb – 1-5 and 5-1

  • Perrier – Mason Twist x 20 IC
  • Swing State – Jane Fonda x 15 R/L IC
  • Don Ho – Homer to Marge to Low Dolly to Low Flutter
  • Turncoat – World War II Situps x 20
  • Crimson – High Plank to Merkins x 5 IC

Moleskin

  • It has been a very long time since I've been the Q at a workout.  I think I got the instructions and count right.  Hopefully it was satisfactory.  Thanks for the invite Turncoat and hanging out at coffee afterwards.

  • Perrier was laser focused on an upper body workout, we'll run later.
