YHC back as the Q for True Grit after a few weeks away. Apparently I didn't miss too much thanks to Gump. Came in to it without a plan, so pulled it together on the fly. Kinda makes it hard to recall what all was done, but I'll give it a shot.
Warmup:
Mosey around the parking lot mixing in side shuffles, backward run, and carioca. Then circle, or any quadrilateral will do, up for some of the following:
- SSH x 20
- Merkins x 15
- IST x 15
- Man Maker Merkins x 15
- Squats x 15
Workout:
??Pax each grabs 2 cinder blocks then reconvene in our previous shape.
- Merkins on both blocks (full range of motion) x 10
- 2 block overhead press……Q fail
- Parner round the world w/ block x 20
- Partner situps w/ block x 20
- Helping hand x 20
- Hashtag merkins…..another Q fail
- See Saw merkins x 10 top, x 10 bottom
Grab the tire to the mix.
- 4 stations of the following:
- Tire flip x 10
- Farmer's carry w/ 2 blocks
- Block overhead press x 20
- Burpees x 10
- Each pax does each station x 2
Head to pull up bars
- Partner 1 does 10 dead hang (2 count at bottom) pull ups, with partner 2 spotting
- Flapjack
- Hanging knee ups x 10
- 5 dead hang pul ups, flapjack

- Low flutter x 25
- LBC x 25
- Rosalita x 25
