Mosey up to Ash Hollow Lane and split into 2 groups.
Round 1
- 1's – Sprint/Run/Jog to end of cul de sac and back.
- 2's – Plank
- Flip Flop
Round 2
- 1's = S/R/J to end of cul de sac – 10 merkins – S/R/J back
- 2's = Balance on right leg
- Flip Flop
- Repeato with 2's balancing on left leg
Round 3
- 1's = S/R/J to end of cul de sac – 10 merkins/20 lunges – S/R/J back
- 2's = low plank
- Flip Flop
Round 4
- 1's = S/R/J to end of cul de sac – 10 merkins/20 lunges/30 squats – S/R/J back
- 2's = Dippy Bird (5 on each leg) keep switching till 1's return
- Flip Flop
Round 5
- 1's = S/R/J to end of cul de sac – 10 merkins/20 lunges/30 squats/40 toy soldiers – S/R/J back
- 2's = Alternate between American Hammer and LBCs

MC:
- Congrats to Dandelion – 19th wedding anniversary today
- 90% of the MC is NSFW – Dandelion was visualizing how he thought the day might go with the mrs.
- Dandy was 6 minutes early this am – he didnt know what to do – so he took a nap
- Then needed entire pax to inspect his shoe for a nail
- He was also worried the low plank was going to mess his elbows up, so he moved his gloves to protect his elbow.
- If you can't tell, today was all about Dandelion.
- Too much time with Skipper at BRR has turned him into a diva.
