25 seconds workout 

10 seconds rest

4 exercises per set equals 1 round approximately 9 1/2 minutes

KB up right rows

Squats 

V ups

 

Run around  nearest island of the parking lot 

 

Round 2

 

Burpees

Skoal claps

KB shoulder press

Pretzel crunch switch at halfway 

 

Run around nearest island of the parking lot

 

Round 3

 

KB skull crushers 

KB lawn mower pulls switch arms at whistle 

Mericans 

Low flutter with KB press

KB squat to press

KB curls

Carolina Dry docks

Great group this morning.  It is nice to see Springfield & Bogey posting on a consistent basis.  Bunyan was crushing it with his 45 lb kB. Thanks to Over Budget for the push to do the same workout back to back Tuesday’s.  I may need to put this one away for a while or keep using if no one signs up to Q. 

 

Of course, everyone loved the music!  Song list was picked out by my kids and are used for my son’s Little League Baseball walking up to bat.

 

Finally made it through the entire 4 Rounds without time expiring.   I announced there would be little warm up and no overtime.  The key was to shorten the warm up as we barely made it in time.
