- Windmill x10
- Arm Circles x10
mosey to rock pile (grab rock):
Partner Dora workout:
- LBCs x300
- Squats with Rock x200
- Mericans x100
after Dora:
- Curls x10
- Skull Crushers x10
- Squat x10
- Low/High curl x10
return rock and mosey back to bus lot.
