Cotton Picker x 15 IC
IST x 15 IC
Arm Circles (Girl Fight)
THE THANG:
Mosey to 1st corner of church
5 Merkins
5 KB Swings
5 KB Thrusters
5 KB Curls
5 Lawn Mowers each arm
Mosey to next corner, repeato and increase to 10 reps each; Continue advancing to each corner in like fashion with 15 reps; 20 reps; 20 reps; 15 reps.
MARY:
Low Flutter x 25 IC
Low Dolly x 25 IC
WWII Situp x 25 IC

- Thank you Cajun Cowboy & Jedi for coming out and working with YHC. Thank you even more for waiting on me as I was struggling to complete the exercises as we got higher up in reps. Maybe next time I won’t spring for the 45 lb judge when I’m trying to Q, but that’s what a wise Q would do, and I’d hate for anyone to confuse me for one of those.
