Pax not registered on the web site – Rogue, STP, Mr. Miyagi (Is it shocking that the PRoD has an inordinate number of guys not registered on the web site?)
My first workouts were in the gloom, then I got injured, drifted away and returned when an evening workout was introduced. At first, Crude & P'Diddy Q'd the workouts, then they sat Holiday and me down telling us if we wanted the night workouts to continue we'd have to step up and Q which, hesitantly, we did. Thus, began Sweat Shop which come this Nov. will celebrate 5 years of existence.
I reached out to Stalker as he was scheduled to Q and asked if he'd hand it over to me on the down-low, he willingly obliged. I showed up telling the guys I was going to run Grey. Stalker started off with SSH's until we were interrupted by a mom from Pack 58…she was trying to EH those of us who had young boys to join the Cub Scouts. I don't think any of us qualified. Back to the SSh's and then, to everyone's surprise, he turned the Q duties over to YHC. I took off running saying we were going to spend 27 1/2 minutes running out Grey rd, turn around, and head back. We didn't we headed to the track and did a bunch of different exercises but still managed to run over 2.5 miles.
I don't remember everything we did but do remember we did a bunch of burpees, LBC's, Low Flutters, and one round of Homer to Marge. I know we did more but most of you have already skipped to The Moleskin so it doesn't matter.

- Sweat Shop has its own Slack channel. My name in there is Duvall – The Disruptor as I'm always in there disrupting them, but deep down I love these guys. They're their own region within Davidson. And, while Davidson tries to operate by its own set of "rules" Sweat Shop operates by their own set of "rules" separate from the perceived "Davidson rules" thus making them more like every other AO in the LKN region…a wonderful thing.
