Warmorama: 

We began with a jog around the parking lot with dynamic warm-up of high knees, butt-kickers, side shuffle, and karaoke

The main show! 

Mosey to the basketball court

  • Australian Peel Back: All Pax Squat jumps in a line, man in front runs backward to the back.  We covered the entire length of the blacktop.  Harder than I thought.
  • Mosey to Playground and split into 2 groups:
  • Group 1 Hanging Flutter Kicks x10IC
  • Group 2 Merkin Jacks x10IC
  • Flip Flop, then repeato the whole thing

 

Mosey to The Wall:(aka The Green Monster) 

  • People’s Chair w/ toe touches x15IC
  • Feet-On-Wall Donkey Kicks x10IC
  • People’s Chair w/ Air Presses x15IC
  • Wall Donkey Kicks x10IC
  • Mosey to other side of The Wall:
  • Muscle Ups x10
  • Plank Walk down the walkway railing
  • Step Ups x10ea leg at the smokers lounge area

REVERSO-REPEATO

 

Mosey to rockpile, split into groups, each group chooses a large rock (boulder)

Man in front of each line, does 1 rock clean to shoulder press, runs up hill and back down to other group, then does 2 cleans on the rocks, repeato until everyone gets to 10 reps

Moleskin

  • After traveling heavy for the last couple weeks it felt good to post at home.  Thanks 66 for the opportunity to lead today! 
  • Great group of men today joining me for a repeato of my 1st Q.  It is also a repeat of the workout that gave me my name.  Good news the picnic tables are now metal.  No glue required. 
  • Glad Big Bird is back and working hard!
