Hard to believe it’s January 20th and we haven’t run on the greenway all year, it’s true!  Today is only the third Friday of the month… first Friday Tammy Faye explored a new route, and then last week we repeated that route for safety reasons (heavy rain the night before, lots of debris and flooding on the greenway).  So today marked the first time back to the classic route in 2023!  Great to be back and have a solid crew to run with today.  Lifted up some 4Banger regulars at COT, all the guys going through their own battles, but never alone – always in our thoughts and prayers and missed.
