Seven of MIL's best and brightest showed up for an early morning tour of various pain stations.

Warm-o-Rama

1.25 laps around the school building followed by SSH, TS, IST, Windmill, and Mericans

The Thang

  • ?Pain Station # 1:  10 pull-ups and 10 leg raises OYO and then mosey to next pain station
  • Pain Station # 2:  15 squats, 10 dips, 10 decline mericans, mosey to next pain station
  • Pain Station # 3:  10 lunges and 30 LBCs, mosey to next pain station
  • Pain Station # 4:  50 calf raises OYO, 10 CDDs, 10 incline mericans,  mosey to next pain station
  • Pain Station # 5:  Repeat of Pain Station # 1, mosey to next pain station
  • Pain Station # 6:  People's chair followed by 10 dips, mosey to final station for Mary

Mary

  • Can opener, wind-shield wiper, J-Lo, Freddie Mercury, box cutter, plus a
  • Mary bonus from Double Double:  jog to parking lot for high knees and burpees

Moleskin

  • ?It appears that Double Double has fully recovered from his two week, West Coast, Pringles binge.  Who does burpees during Mary?
  • According to Ginsu and Swamp Thing, Sunday's French Culture Festival was a success.  Hope to make it next year.
