6 PAX joined YHC and kicked off the weekend by making  their 1st and 2nd F’s a priority.  PAX started on the soccer field with a brief warm-a-rama.  We visited the familiar site next to the park, Bailey Middle, and used the picnic tables for Bulgarian Split Squats, incline merkins, and dips.  From there PAX performed People’s chair and calf raises on the wall, followed a predictable dog agility run around the posts at the parking lot.  We ended our time at Bailey Middle with some Mike Tyson’s on the curb.  PAX did some work on the soccer field including bear crawls, crab walks and burpees.  Plenty of great mumblechatter throughout as we headed down K2 hill to the bottom where PAX would return up the hill at varying exertion levels.  YHC called out several times by Thug and Airstream which always makes for a fun time!  We took advantage of the playground pull up bars with a couple sets of pull ups, and alternating in Air Squats.  We ended with MARY.

Great seeing Blackbeard with us and inspiring to see how far he’s come with his past back injuries.  

Glad BagBoy could join us as well as he has faced recent sciatica issues but continues to grind!

It was a fine morning indeed and always an honor to be with each of you.  Coffeeteria was well attended where some thought provoking discussion was had about the Israel / Palestine conflict and the recent news about the unfortunate incident with Scottie Scheffler.
