At starting line, perform (5) BB sit ups with Bell, (10) Bell merkins, and (15) Bell squats. Travel with bell 50 yards then repeato for the full lap.= 8 rounds
Next lap were (5) Bell curls, (10) Bell presses, and (15) Skull crushers each 100 yards = 4 rounds
