Had a great morning coming out and bringing some of the toys out to play with
Started the morning out a bit late setting things up so pax came to the back of LFC to play with
Had 8 stations to play with and pax partnered up to do 2 minutes of each station.
Station 1 : Small black rope
Station 2: Sandbag power cleans
Station 3 : Viking shoulder presses
Station 4 : Fireman carry with 66lbs sandbags
Station 5 : Box Jumps
Stations 6: Single hand dumbbell cleans.
Station 7: Jump ropes
Station 8: Ball throws
Station 8 had a ball blowout, so we had to adjust.
ended up moseying back to launch.
COT: Prayers for Ultraman’s Mom and his dad as they go through their new living situation.
Some praise and prayers for the Force’s mom and she continues her battle with Cancer.
