6 Strong at the Slayer

Uncle Rico did a workout a year or so back that had a star theme where you started in the middle of GCC parking lot and ran out to points on the property doing a exercise each time and return.

We did something similar today.

Everyone started by getting a non-travel rock

The work out started at center of star with 20 Jump Squats.  Ran to far corner and did 20 hand release mercans.  Ran back to the center and did 20 Jump Squats and 20 Squats with rock. Then ran to weight shed and climbed up one end and ran across to shimmy down the end with the door.  Good stuff.  Ran back to the center of star and did 20 jump squats, 20 squats with rock and 30 second count hold rock overhead.  Then ran to Hell's ascent and did suicides to parking lot islands with running backwards up hill. (Quadraphilly?)  Then back to center of star and did 20 jump squats, 20 squats with rock, 30 second count hold rock overhead and 20 curls with rock.  Then the next point of the star was partners carry 30 yards twice.  Then we ran to pull up forest and dropped rocks 40 yards or so from tires.  Each person sprinted to the large or small tire flipped twice and ran back.  While waiting each person would hold an elbow plank.

Finally we jogged back to rock pile and had a short sprint back to finish spot.
