mosey to basketball court
basketball and cards:
hearts = burpees
diamonds = merkins
clubs = squats
spades = single leg lunge
number on the card equals rep count
1-10
jack = 11
queen = 12
king = 13
ace = 14
each pax took a foul shout, if they made it we skipped the specific exercise and rep count from card selected, if they missed we did the specific exercise and rep count.
Then next pax took a foul shot and so on.

my alarm did not go off this morning, I woke up at 5:15 and still made it to Q but was a little sleepy to start.
overall we all were pretty bad at making foul shots so we did a lot of burpees, merkins, lunges and squats.
Hat trick was definitely the MVP and saved us from a total of 22 burpees.
