My prebalst mentioned cards but did not mentioned basketball. When I showed up with a basketball, Scrappy looked around and said; basketball with 4 out 5 of us under 5'7"?

PAX were wondering why 29 reps? It took a while but the realized it was June 29th!
The Thang:
Each PAX picked a card for exercise.
Cards 1-9 where reps of 10 plus card #. Jack, King, Queen 20 reps, and Ace 30 reps
The PAX that selected the card could then opt to shoot a free throw or 3 pointer.
A made free throw would cut reps in half for the exercise and a 3 pointer would wipe out the exercise.
We did have a off day and only Jersey Boy and Stapler (under hand shoot) made shots, so did a lot of exercises & reps.
I do not have the list of all of the exercises and reps but it seemed that a lot of similar exercises came up one after another: first a bunch of various merkins, then legs with a bunch of various squats (one squat we had no idea what it was so Waffle House just called a slow squat), a bunch of MARY exercises, then some burpees and squat thrusters.
Before we left to headed back to homebase we all took some additional shots and obvioulsy when they did not count we made a bunch. I made the last shot off the dribble, fading away so I will need to make sure to do that next time even at the free throw line.

It was also a little moist and muggy out but we had a great time and our team of 5 are ready for any to challenge any PAX to 5 on 5!
