Battle rope, burpees and more

Warm Up: 50x SSH 10x IST, 10x TS, 10 burpees

The Thang:

Short mosey to playground, each PAX took turn on battle rope for 50 alternating waives, while other PAX doing the following exercises: decline diamond merkin, squats, dips, calf raises, Carolina dry dock, alternating lunges, incline merkin, Aussie pull up, man maker merkin, jump squats, regular merkins, jump lunges, burpees

long mosey to the Robbins park rock pile, partner up

50 combined partner reps of the following with rock while partner ran to end of parking lot and back

squats, curls, over head shoulder press, skull crushers, 8 count body builders

short mosey to tennis courts, suicide burpees 5, 10, 15

Mosey back to home base, merkin time bomb starting at 10 down to 1

Mary:

LBC 20x, W 10x, heels to heaven 10x, mason twist 10x

moleskins:

I started with 50x SSH for Magnus turning 50 along with paying some respect to all the others over 50

PAX tried to call for master Q, Eeyore for help when I called burpees in the warm up

All seemed to like the battle rope as they took their time on the 50 reps

When we stopped at the rocks at Robbins park, Stapler and others reminded me that there were rocks much closer

Ran out of time for Kid Rock who wanted to Q some of his marathon Mary exercises

As some of the discussion went from IPC to IPA, Roadie want to say a prayer for KR and his bud light.
