Helping out Q*bert with a BB.  I think this is something like what we did…

Warmup

The Thang

  • KB Swings – Bearcrawl to other curb – Burpies (start with 2 reps each side, increase 2 each round)
  • KB Dead Lift w/ High Pull – Lunge walk to other curb – Squats (start with 2 reps each side, increase 2 each round)
  • 15 burpees
  • Lap around 2 islands
  • 20 KB Swings 
  • Lap around 1 island
  • 20 Merkins
  • Lap around 1 island
  • 20 Tater Swings
  • Lap around 1 Island
  • Burpee Merkin sandwiches
    • 2B – 10M -2B
    • Lap around island
    • 2B – 15M – 2B
    • Lap around island
    • 2B – 15M – 2B – 15M – 2B

  • Pretzel Crunches
  • Russian Twists
