Due to popular demand, BBBroga returned today. It was met with much hype and excitement. There was of course a veteran presence and it was nice to have some first timers. FNG is Matt who posted yesterday – EH'd by Finkle, recently moved to Denver from Huntersville, originally from Statesville and is the head pastor at Church of Denver. We'll look to name him at his next workout.
We got the legs moving a bit with a quick walk then went straight into stretches. Engage the core was a big theme today – we worked it multiple sets of fire hydrants, pickle pounders, dead cockroaches, jane fonda's and clam shells.
We started at 6:15 today because, well, we're flexible….ba dum bum. Thanks to Covid 19 and technology, everyone is WFH anyway, so why wake up at 5 am? Also, grown men doing pickle pounders and jane fonda's in the daylight is a site to be appreciated. There were several groups of female runners that buzzed the tower multiple times – we chose to think it was due to the impressive nature of our technique and elegance, we ignored the thought that it's hard to look away from a car wreck.
