SSH x 25, WM x15, CP x15, Merkins x 10 slow count, High knees, Skip, Karaoke L & R, Skip
The Thang:
10 reps of each exercise at each of the following stations, between stations pax did 5 burpees.
- Deadlift row / Halo Squat – 45/55lb kettlebells
- Clean Press / Shoulder Press – 30lb kettlebells
- Jabs / Hooks – 10lb dumbbells
- Lunge Front Raise / Lunge Curls – 15lb dumbbells
- Ball Fly / Curls – 25lb kettlebells
- Bench / Overhead Pull – 35lb kettlebells
- Step Ups / Skull Crushers – 40lb sandbags
- Calf Raises / Decline Tailgate Merkins – 20lb kettlebells
- Squats / Bent Rows – 60lb sandbag
Pax did 2 rounds of the stations with 5 burpees between each station
Moleskin:
- Strong push men! Burpees definitely get the heart rate up
- Evidently bringing certain wedding favors is most triumphant
- A lot of the pax traveling this week.. Surf and Turf will be "shredding the nar" at Breckenridge, Slow Roll is heading to Disney, and El Tigre heading out on a sailing trip in St. Thomas.
