The Thang:
Many stations were arranged by the Q and Pax did 10 reps of each exercise. Q lost his sheet that he wrote the workout on so I'm just going to list the ones I remember.
- Calf raises x 2 sets – 20lb kettlebell
- Bench x 2 sets – 35lb kettlebell or 40lb dumbbells
- lunge with curls, – 15lb dumbbells
- Squats, step ups – 40lb sandbag
- Figure 8, Deadlift rows – 45,55lb kettlebell
- Jabs, Hooks – 10lb dumbbells
- Ball Fly, curls – 25lb dumbbell
- Clean press/ kettlebell swing – 30lb kettlebell
Moleskin:
- ?Good work men!
- Modification definitely required for Q due to hurt wing…
- Grip made an apperarance to Muscle Beach!
- Great seeing Ozzie and Tool Time
- Surf ran up to workout, warmed up and left due to hurt back
- Prayers for Surf's mother in law, and the Friday family.
