Run a short lap and repeato, ladder up each time in increments of 5, so 10, 15, then 20 reps of each

Move to picnic benches, bring rocks

15 x Derkins

15 x Rocky Balboa

15 x Dips

15 x Single Leg Squats, other leg on bench

15 x Curl

Repeato without the lap, but go down increments of 5, so 15, 10, 5

Return the rocks, mosey back up to the church for some Mary

-Its been 6 months since my last Q, felt good.
