5 men showed for the Memorial Day Murph albeit a few days late. Solid warm-up with some Grip-led Windmills in the mix.
Run to front playground (1 mile). 100 pull-ups, 200 merkins, 300 squats. Run back to clubhouse (1 mile). No 20-lb weight vests, but still a great and challenging workout. Even for those that were doing LBS (Little Baby Squats).

- Toro back from Alaska. Sounds like it was a great trip and cruise. Schwinn leaving for Alaska for a similar couple week trip. Q ran with Mojito over the weekend and learned that he and his family were leaving on Saturday for an Alaskan trip.
