Disclaimer – YHC gave a rather lengthy disclaimer in which the Pax learned that once they pick up their bells they would not put them down until the workout was completed. Much Mumble Chatter ensued and several mentioned not picking them up to avoid the pain. No, that wasn’t an option.

The plan was to do 4 rounds of each circuit for 1000 reps. The Pax worked hard and got through 3.5 rounds or 940 reps. Throw in Mary and we knocked out another 75 reps for a grand total of 1015 reps on this warm and humid Friday.
