Mater texts me last night to ask me not to put running in the workout, so I said, "how about bringing some Kettle bells then."

We did one of the kettlebell exercises (10 OYO) listed below (but likely not in that order) every 2 parking spaces. We kettle Bear Crawled between each space
- Around the world
- Thrusters
- Overhead press right arm
- Overhead press left arm
- Bob and Weave
- Lunge
- Lawnmower pull right
- Lawnmower pull left
- Sit and press
Carried kettlebells to playground for "Kettlebell murph"
10 rounds of
- 5 pullups (with or without your kettlebell)
- 10 merkins
- 15 kettlebell squats
- walk around playground carrying kettlebell
