THEM (People in General): What inspires you to get out of bed every morning?

ME: My bladder mostly.

I think there is another answer that works well to answer this question, ICECREAM.

Well, not the "got to eat it in the morning" idea but the immense guilt of having eaten a PINT of Ben & Jerry's the night before while binge watching OZARK on Netflix.

And when a fact like that is shared with the PAX, let the mumble chatter ensue.

Here's what we did because I felt guilty and the PAX paid the price.

Motivation comes in many different ways. The BEST motivation is repetition, the act of making a good activity a habit, like F3 workouts in the gloom. But if that doesn't work and you feel like fart sacking, guilt works well too. I don't recommend trying to guilt yourself on a regular basis but sometimes it is all you have. And having a great group of guys to rib you long enough about it (Crocs, Rodeo, and Camelback), it's bound not to happen again in the near future.
