Having missed the #PB, 2 of us had a very Java-like Berean this morning, as we toured the new Chopt parking lot and retail area. All in, it was a 5K with a few pain stations. It was quiet, except for Soprano, who couldn’t stop talking about the Super Bowl, Tay-tay and how much money he won (none).

It was a good mix of running, low wall work, some stretching and MARY at the end. 

A good time was had by all- just ask them.

Did anyone show for a post-workout discussion where coffee was on the Q for whomever posted at his workout?  That remains to be seen.
