Well it has been two weeks and completely slipped my mind I did not do a backblast.
We warmed up, went down to the fire pit area and did stepups. dips, calves, inclined merkins, bulgarian split squats. 2 or 3 rounds'to the wall for people's chair, and touch them heels.
