2 ran the standard; all did the standard warm – up

8 exercises with the following progression: 18, 15, 13, 10, 8, 5 (all IC) — totally 69 (hehe) IC or 138 single count

  • Skull crushers, OH Press, Bent-over Rows, chest press/low flutter, curls, ww2 sit-ups

  • After each exercise, run a lap or guard the kettle bells (LF, LD, Freddy Mercury, Pillow Talk)
