Not on the PAX list – Overboard, Harrassment and Mayhem (Davidson version).
It's been >24 hrs but < 48 since I Q'd on Tuesday night. This crew is a little less rigid with backblasts and the fact that they don't usually expect one – gives me a reason to be slack. However, to counter that – I have the voices of Blackbeard and Duvall in my head – extolling the virtues of writing backblasts. Guilt wins over lethargy this time – with a 2 day lag. Hey – it's posted before tonight's Sweatshop.
With the passage of time – the details of the actual workout grow foggy – but let's just say we did something like this…..
The Warm-up
??We did all of your favorties – SSH, IST, Mountain Climbers, Squats, Carrot Pullers, Windmills – and some stretches that "outed my yoga tendencies" accoring to Duvall.
The Thang
?Since YHC had hit the Iliad with Jimmy O Tuesday morning – I had done all of the sturctured running that I cared to do for the day. So we were off to DUMC for some paver work.
Circle Up for a Zamperini Time Bomb – 7 down to 1 (with a break at about 4 to shake things out)
Next up, paver work – 2 rounds, in cadence of:
Curls
Skull Crushers
Bent over Rows
Put back the pavers
Lunge walk across the parking lot – and mosey to the school.
At the picnic tables:
Alternating step ups OYO – 10 each leg
Dips IC x 10
Repeato

A very short mosey to the top field. No really, a very, very short mosey – about 10 feet. Several PAX were eager to get to the lower field. All in due time.
Circle Up for some Jack Webbs (1 merkin/2 air presses, 2 merkins/4 air presses, 3/6, 4/8, 5/10, 6/12, 7/14, 5/10, 3/6, 1/2). NOW – head to the lower field.
Ladder to 11
At the Bottom 10 SSH, Quadraphillia Up the Hill, 1 Jump Squat at the top
9/2, 8/3, 7/4, 6/5, 5/6, 4/7, 3/8, 2/9, 1/10
End at the bottom of the hill with a plank. When everyone is caught up – bear crawl up the hill. Mosey to the picnic tables.

Moleskin:
– Always good to be at the Sweatshop. 2.1's Basketball games are Tuesday and Thursday – so I've been a stranger at the evening workouts for a while. The season is almost over. I'll be back regularly soon.
– Was great to see my buddy Duvall out – especially considering he agreed to Q Hollywood on Wednesday morning. [Based on my slow turn around on this BB I can include feedback on Duvall's Q – it sucked, it was great. Just about all you can ask for.]
– As is par for the course – several RESPECTS out tonight – with Harrassment earning the War Daddy Badge. What we didn't have were any of the regular 2.0's that can help to average the age down. Pretty sure Hipster was the War Baby at a spry 38.
– Of all the guys I've gotten to know in F3 – The Hangover is one of them. [I'm hoping he reads this comment and that it appeals to his sarcastic, snarky nature. We've actually seen each other a lot lately – and he gives it out as much as he takes it – which is always fun.]
