Had a great morning gathering everyone for the house off pain. 

 

Started the Warm up with a run up the garage to get the blood flowing 

Warma Rama: 

15 SSH

15 IST 

15 Hill Billies

15 Slow Windmills ( emphasis on the slow ) 

Arm Circles 

The thang: 

Pax partnered up for a repped Kettlebell workout.  with three different levels 

One partner would do 300 KB swings

200 KB cleans 

100 WW2s 

the pax not doing the workout did KB pull throughs before partners switched off they had to run to the bottom of the ramp. 

Second Level 

250 Squats 

150 thrusters 

100 burpees. 

non working out partner had to hold a wall squat. 

Notes: 

This workout was extremely hard and no pax got up to the third level. Definitely chalked it up to a learning lesson for me and designing a better workout for next time.
