LF writing the #BB for Garcia
Have to admit. YHC wasn't looking forward to Monday and wasn't excited about running. (Probably why this BackBlast is going out on Thursday but wanted to get this out to acknowledge those who posted. Better late then never?)

The THANG
0430 Garcia fresh off a big week, hitting up Fireball early for some track work 0500 8 for 3 miles out 115 up to Catawba and back. 0530 Circle back for another 4 waiting to run the Fireball Loop. Garcia claimed he was sick of the hill at Bailey Spring Drive – These things happen after running 90+ miles around LKN last week – so MQ audiabled and made Garcia the Q. Route was Bailey Road to Washam Potts back down 115. We picked up Count post #CB from the corner Circle K. Which is a good thing, since if the PAX had not crossed paths he would have run alone on the standard Fireball route.

– Special appearance by Tiny and Swamp Thing *refer to backblast title. Great to see new faces
– Turncoat only has one speed and that speed is FAST
– Primetime loves running again 🙂 Happy Birthday Brother!
– Great to have all participants in the Optimus Project in attendance. The training plan has us on the right path to crush Richmond. No doping or scandals here.
COT
– Turncoat has a 40k race coming up. There may not be another who is more selfless when it comes to helping out the PAX, visiting various AOs, supporting the MQs, and attending 2nd F events. Reach out to wish him good luck or better yet, help him train!
– Believer it or not, there is a East Coast Hood 2 Coast Race in Hilton Head coming up. Reach out to Jolly if interested. Told there are 10 LKN teams participating
