7 gathered in the construction wasteland that used to be known as Birkdale. We ran the new greenway loop around Catawba and everyone agreed it was awesome. We learned that it's common for runners to have toes of different lengths and there are some "strategies" to dealing with that. It was determined though, that it may be time for Odyssey to relocate over to Summit Coffee. The construction, barricades and limited parking is ruining the vibe. Good to see the usual crew out there and pushing everyone to get stronger.
