We took a little tour of the Quarry Hood complete with cornball commentary.  Though not as exciting as a Hollywood celebrity homes tour, it was uh…er…fun…

  • Good year so far for Grip's academic career with no propositions yet.
  • we explored more about Natty's wardrobe malfunction.  You gotta be nuts to take a crack at yoga.
  • "Biscuitville" is a carbohydrate rich environment… poppin' like a pilsbury can of biscuits… and hoohoohoo… pilsbury doughboy good!  Just another day at F3 (or Monday yoga class)!
  • Around the world 10 count always brings the best (and worst) at consistent counting.
  • ~2 miles total run.
  • Flood waters are still a problem in eastern NC.  Prayers and help is still needed. 
  • Great job all!  Always an honor to lead fine men.
