AO

FNG-1 is Hooper

All were at the AO on time and ready to go.  We were comparing gear: goodwill deals, stuff from the attic, 1 x use disposable parka, etc.  Resourceful Q was wearing a Fed Ex plasic bag that was on the garage floor.  Some of our gear didn't last the full workout, but we kept going.

Warm-Up:
20 IC SSH
20 IC Mtn Climbers
20 IC Windmills
20 IC Tony Hawks

Road Work (to seek shelter):
Run on Crepe Ridge, Sailview Dr., to Webbs Chapel Church Rd.: last in line completes 5 SSHs, before running to the front.

Webbs Chapel Church shelter:
1 PAX runs around the perimeter of the church as the timer (on the parking lot side, karaoke across), all other PAX complete the following:
  – Round 1: Picnic table Decline Merkins
  – Round 2: Picnic table Dips
  – Round 3: Picnic table Step-Ups

Next, ~4 rounds of PAX calling the IC exercise in the shelter.  We covered at least:
  – WWI Sit Ups,
  – SSHs (x 2),
  – Incline Merkins (x 2),
  – Picnic Table Merkins,
  – Dippy Birds,
  – Imperial Squat Walkers,
  – Flutter Kicks,
  – Toy Soldiers,
  – Side-to-Side Slides,
  – Knee to Inside Shoulder Planks
Help me out if I missed any.  Anvil had the most challenging, but I can't remember any of the names.  I suggest we add to the F3 inventory!

Road Work (back to the AO):
Run on Webbs Chapel Church Rd., Sailview Dr., to Crepe Ridge: last in line completes 5 SSHs, before running to the front.

Reflection:
2 Corinthians 9:11-12
11 You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. 12 This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.

It's a great time of year to show gratitude and to help others as you can.  Sometimes, contibuting your time to a good cause can assist those in need and you can have fun doing it.

Thanks all!
