THE DYNAMITE
NMS:
- Welcome FNG Stephen…F3 does not get any easier but you will definitely get stronger
- Stephen found us after walking past us several weeks as we sat outside Birkdale Starbucks drinking coffee after workouts most mornings
- He also navigated the F3 Isotope website like a pro and reached out on Twitter…show off
- Strong work out of everyone this morning on the run w/ pain…blast off burpees were a hit
- After the beatdown, we discussed all facets of having healthy competition in our lives. Of course, we talked about the parallels within F3 but also talked about how competition pops up at home with our Ms and 2.0s. F3 and the competitive nature that comes with it has been a light in YHCs life and has taught YHC about modest and humility. Continue to pick up those in your path. Be the light by encouraging and motivating others at work, at home, and of course at F3. Keep coming back Stephen. The pax needs you to be a part of F3. AYE! Until the next time…
