Blender – better late than never


Warmarma – we did some of that and ended up by the baseball field to start

line up for some ladder up stuff:

10 KB Swings

10 curls IC (20)

10 Tater squat swings

10 bent over rows

Run to back of lot by Hells Ascent

run back but stopping at every island (about 7 stops) and do 1 burpee

 

We escalated the number up of above by 2-5 reps each round and up to 4 burpees at each stop on way back (not fun)

Stopped a little to do some ab work and merkin work

Finished by doing each exercise up to 25 or so and running a short lap in between each round

Moleskin

  • Good workout by some stong soldiers out there Tuesday.  Blender is still known for a good beatdown with some weight, come check it out if you haven't yet
  • On a personal note, travel sucks and missing the workouts as much as i would like, but thanks to all the crew that keeps me going when in town
  • good to see some new faces out there like Wax and Rock Lobster (maybe always there lately and it's me that's missing, but either way
  • Macauley crew represented well today, thanks men!
