WARM UP

THE THANG

-Indian run around the parking lot (Actually stayed together this time, wow!)

-Mosey to block pile to grab a block

-Meet at the bottom of the parking lot

-Pile up the blocks

-Two Pax carry blocks up or down the parking lot while the rest of us do exercises:

  *Moving Merkins

  *In and Out Abs

  *Jump Squats

  *Left and Right Abs

  *Burpees

  *Mountain Climbers

  *SSH’s

  *LBC’s

  *Burpees

  *WWI’s

-Parking Lot lap

-Repeato on the block carry and exercises

MOLESKIN

-Your Q carried the blocks during the first set of burpees. PAX was not happy about this.

-Indian run ended at the launch pad. We then back tracked to get the blocks. PAX was not happy about this.

-Crappy day for the Q to forget gloves. Good thing Mater carries two pairs.

-Clark shows up at 7:05. Consistently 5 minutes late. I think he does it on purpose.

-I push you because I care. If I told you to stop walking and instead run or quit sitting and do the exercise it is because I know you can do it. Sorry not sorry.

-FNG was easy bake
