Toby, Crocs, Jedi, Gambini, and YHC showed for the standard at 0500 thanks to some constructive criticism from Crocs and Gambini (mainly Crocs) on twitter the night before. 4 of us ran through Cedarfield and Toby got his ruck on.
At 0525 we watched 13 pax pour into the parking, in unison, ready for a Monday morning beatdown.
We warmed up. Did some burpees then is was time for block mary. About halfway around the circle we ran to the rock pile for some rock work and abs. Then back to the blocks for more mary. We ended with abs and mobility.
It was a great start to the week and I had a blast leading this group of HIMs! The mumble chatter at The Sword is second to none and today was another reminder of how grateful I am to have F3 in my life.
